Terms of purchase / sale of goods through the Internet store on our site are defined through the following parameters: order, payment, delivery, return / complaint of goods. The buyer is considered to be any registered user, legal or natural person, who orders at least one product electronically, completes and submits the required information and selects one of the three offered payment methods.
By placing an electronic order on www.kucameda.com, the Buyer confirms and agrees to pay for the goods ordered, the shipping costs (depends on which type of delivery he chooses) and the costs incurred by not picking up the goods from the delivery service, otherwise the costs will make up for it by court.
KUĆA MEDA Županja through its online store allows you to buy the full range of goods that are on offer. KUĆA MEDA Županja is obliged to deliver all ordered and paid products that are available in stock at the time of delivery. In case of failure to deliver, KUĆA MEDA Županja will contact the customer and arrange a new delivery time, replacement product or cancellation of the ordered product, while other available products will be delivered. In case that the ordered and paid product cannot be delivered, the MEDA HOUSE Županja will refund. Goods are ordered electronically. By clicking the Buy button, the selected product is saved in the shopping cart. After selecting all the desired products by clicking the Continue to Checkout button, the system will automatically guide you to the pages where you have to confirm the accuracy of the entered information and choose one of the payment methods offered. After we receive your order, you will receive a return email confirming the successful order or purchase, which depends on the payment method you choose. The goods are considered to be ordered at the moment when the buyer completes the entire ordering process. On the e-mail address with which you have registered as a buyer you will receive a confirmation that the order has been received by the KUĆA MEDA Županja. Free shipping for the whole of Croatia for all orders over 700,00 kn! Delivery costs for all orders less than 700,00 kn for delivery in Croatia are paid by the client according to the price list of the delivery service. Delivery abroad is paid according to the price list of the delivery service abroad. Products are shipped via Croatian post office unless the customer wishes otherwise and wishes to choose another delivery service. In case of sending packages which include fresh royal jelly, the buyer will be notified either by e-mail or SMS about the delivery time and the number of packages. Delivery is made exclusively in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. It is possible to send it abroad, which requires additional costs borne by the buyer. When picking up the package, the customer is obliged to identify himself to the delivery service employee, to check for any damage on the shipment, and in case of correctness of the shipment, to sign the invoice confirming the receipt of the shipment. In case of damage to the shipment, the customer is obliged to immediately advertise the shipment to the delivery service employee. Subsequent complaints will not be taken into account. KUĆA MEDA Županja disclaims any responsibility for damage that may occur from the time of delivery to the delivery service until delivery to the customer. Checking the correctness of the order depends solely on the customer, and subsequent complaints are not accepted !!
You can pay for the ordered products as follows:
• via bank transfer and general payment slip
• upon delivery - payment upon picking up the goods
If the user chooses to make a payment by bank transfer or general payment slip, an order confirmation will be sent to his e-mail address and the information required when making the payment. Ordered products are delivered to the customer upon verification of payment, in accordance with the terms of delivery. If the user chooses the payment option upon delivery -, a confirmation of the order will be sent to his e-mail address. Payment is made when delivering the product to a delivery service employee.
IMPORTANT: Various messages are automatically sent to the user's e-mail address after the completed activities (registration confirmation, order confirmation, delivery or cancellation notice, card debit confirmation or transaction cancellation).
